24TH GOLDEN DRUM WILL LEAVE ITS MARK!
24th International Festival of Creativity Golden Drum, organized by the Slovenian Advertising Chamber, will be held 18-20 October 2017, in Grand Hotel Union, Ljubljana, Slovenia. The position promise of the 24th Golden Drum Festival which will guide the festival is Leave your mark. We will have the opportunity to share thoughts, views and knowledge with experts whose work exceeds expectations and the boundaries of ordinary in a colorful daily and evening program.

The Golden Drum Competition is open to all agencies, advertisers, clients, design or production houses, media companies and others involved in the creation or production of marketing communications, registered in 38 countries. Deadline for submitting entries is extended until 18 August 2017. Enter your works here. Young talents have the possibility to enter the Young Drummers Competition till 4 September 2017. The best creative will receive a 3.000 EUR award accompanied with a Golden Drum 2018 registration.

The 24th Golden Drum Best Piece Jury President will be Bruno Bertelli, Global Chief Creative Officer at Publicis Worldwide. Bruno is one of the two most awarded Italian creatives with international awards including 41 Cannes Lions, 9 Gold Cannes Lions, one Grand Clio and one Grand Prix at the New York Festivals. Bruno represents the global creative board and clients of Publicis Worldwide, which include Renault, Nestlé and Heineken.

Best Piece Jury recognizes and awards creative brilliance in individual executions of films, press, radio, digital, mobile, direct and out-of-home and it is about excellence achieved in a singular form.

The 24th Golden Drum Best Practice Jury President will be John Mescall, Global Executive Creative Director and President of McCann Global Creative Leadership Council.

During his career John has won over 60 Cannes Lions including six Cannes Grand Prix, Black and Yellow Pencils at D&AD, One Show Best of Show, and multiple Clio, Spikes, LIA and Webby awards. John was named in the 2013 Creativity 50: AdWeek's annual listing of the world's 50 most influential creative thinkers and doers, and Business Insider ranked him the 8th most creative person in advertising worldwide.

Best Practice Jury recognizes and awards excellence achieved in complex communication executions: Integrated, Activation programme, Branded content and Entertainment, Events, Public relations, Media, Capture of local spirit, Innovative.
