Tiffany Rolfe, Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer at R/GA, USA
As EVP Chief Creative Officer US, Tiffany champions R/GA's creative vision across the agency's six U.S. offices and works in partnership with Richard Ting, EVP Global Chief Experience Officer + US Chief Creative Officer, to lead creative teams that work at the intersection of business and culture to deliver transformational work to global clients.

Tiffany's work has been featured in leading publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, Ad Age, and Adweek. Her work has earned awards at every major creative and effectiveness competition including Best of Show at One Show, Grand Prix and Titanium Lions at Cannes, and a Grand Clio. She was named one of Ad Age's "Women to Watch" and is currently on the board of The One Club and the Ad Council Creative Committee.

In her talk Stop talking and start doing: Why real change takes real action, from brands and agencies. Tiffany will speak about how agencies can be better at helping clients to match their actions to their words, where she will also be in the role of the first lady of WHAT Competition Jury, searching for outstanding communication solutions in works, entered to section WHAT.
Michał Marczak, Sundance Film Festival awarded Director, Poland
Michał's latest feature film "All these sleepless nights" received the award for best director at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival and appeared on many top ten lists including Rolling Stone Magazine and IndieWire. His previous film, the documentary feature "Fuck For Forest" was distributed theatrically in numerous countries and heralded by UK's Dazed and Confused Magazine as one of the "top ten most innovative and genre-pushing docs of recent years".

He directs music videos with artists as Mark Pritchard's feat. Tom Yorke „Beautiful People", Radiohead „I Promise" and Jacek Sienkiewicz, Brodka as well is a commercial director who has done work for clients like Sprite, Ikea, Johny Walker and Coca-Cola with "Equality Prom Dance" for Ben&Jerry's as one of the most widely discussed Polish campaign of recent years.
Anna Różalska, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Match&Spark, Poland
Anna heads a talent management company, representing more than 40 filmmakers. Match&Spark develops simultaneously feature and commercial departments represented among others by Sundance-awarded director Michal Marczak, Oscar-nominated cinematographer Lucas Zal, DP Monika Lenczewska awarded with British Arrow for Nike campaign „Never Ask – Maltzsev" directed by Daniel Wolfe and Magdalena Górka who served as a cinematographer for campaigns for such clients as BMW, Mercedes and music videos for Katy Perry and Elton John.

While working in Alvernia Studios Anna co-produced "Arbitrage", starring Richard Gere, Susan Sarandon, and Tim Roth, and "Vamps", starring Sigourney Weaver and Alicia Silverstone. In 2016 Anna has been listed as one of Future Leaders – Agents by Screen International's annual Future Leaders list presented around Cannes Film Festival.
